Specific terms of sale apply to Festival Travel Packages. When purchasing such a package, you will be asked to accept those terms. In the event of a conflict, those particular terms will prevail at all times.<\/p><p><strong>Package Destination<\/strong> : Sao Paulo-Brasil.<\/p><p><strong>Festival location<\/strong> : Parque Maeda, It\u00fa SP-Brasil.<\/p><p><strong>Force Majeure<\/strong> : Any of the following circumstances which render the performance of obligations (other than payment obligations) under the Agreement and\/or the Agency and\/or the Festival impossible, impracticable or unsafe: Natural disaster, unavoidable accident, fire, strike or other industrial action, war or threat of war, act of hostility towards the state, act of terrorism or threat thereof, riot or civil commotion, national emergency, enactment, rule, order or act of any government or instrumentality of government, failure of technical facilities, epidemic (including a health epidemic), pandemic (including a health pandemic), significant interruption or delay or failure of technical facilities, or failure or significant delay of necessary transportation services, or any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, as applicable. In principle, adverse weather conditions shall not be considered a Force Majeure event, provided, however, that if such weather conditions are sufficiently severe or threatening that the relevant governmental authorities declare that the conditions threaten public safety, such weather conditions shall be considered a Force Majeure event.<\/p><p><strong>Official Sales Channel<\/strong> : Hause Travel Agency Products and\/or Services may only be purchased through Hause Travel Agency or an Authorized Travel Partner.<\/p><p><strong>Waiting list<\/strong> : If one or more types of travel packages for the festival are sold out, the Festival Organizer may open a waiting list. By registering on the Waiting List, THE CLIENT authorizes the Festival Organizer to contact THE CLIENT if the packages become available again and the packages can be offered to THE CLIENT through Waiting List sales.<\/p><p><strong>Festival Organizer.-<\/strong>\u00a0Magnashow Eventos LTDA \u2013 It\u00fa SP, Brasil.<\/p><p><strong>SCOPE OF CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The Appendices form an integral part of these Conditions. The Customer is requested to accept these Conditions during the purchasing process and, at the latest, when concluding an Agreement through the Official Sales Channels. For the record, if and to the extent a direct relationship arises between Hause Travel Agency and the aforementioned persons in the context of the execution of the Agreement, such person will be required to read and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.<\/p><p><strong>Age limit.<\/strong><\/p><p>The minimum age to book a travel package with a festival included on the Hause Travel Agency website is eighteen (18) years.<\/p><p>No exceptions will be made to this rule, even if the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult. The Festival Organizer will refuse entry to the Festival if, for example, the identity check mentioned below shows that the Festival Visitor has not reached that age at the beginning of the Festival.<\/p><p><strong>Official sales channels.<\/strong><\/p><p>The Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 Experience Packages with festival tickets and\/or services from Hause Travel Agency can only be purchased through the Official Sales Channels.<\/p><p>Travel Packages and\/or Festival Services obtained by any other means (through another sales channel or by somehow circumventing the procedure provided in the pre-registration link that gives access to the online sale of packages) will not be considered valid by Hause Travel Agency and the Festival Organizer reserves the right to deny access to the Festival to the holder of said package.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Each purchase confirmation for a Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 Experience Package with a festival ticket will be provided via email and must be personalized by entering the name, email address, date of birth, phone number, and nationality of the visitor. The visitor can be yourself or others for whom you purchase tickets.<\/p><p>If you purchase a Festival Ticket Experience Package not only for yourself but also for others (your \u201cGuests\u201d), it will be your sole responsibility to obtain, to the extent required by law, the consent of such persons to transmit their personal data to Hause Travel Agency in the context of personalizing such ticket, as set out herein.<\/p><p>For each Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 Experience Package with a festival ticket purchased and personalized, Hause Travel Agency will provide you with access to Tomorrowland Brasil, which must be registered before entry to the festival can be granted. The wristband is personal and can only grant festival access to one (1) person.<\/p><p>All Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 bracelets will be scanned and validated upon entering the festival site.<\/p><p>The Festival Organizer reserves the right to verify (or have designated representatives verify) the identity of anyone entering the Festival Site. If a person cannot be identified or if the name on the Tomorrowland Brasil bracelet does not match the identity of the person entering as stated on the identification document, entry to the Festival will be denied. A valid proof of identity may be an identity card, passport, or valid driver\u2019s license. The name on the identification document must match the name on which the bracelet is registered. Copies of identification documents will not be accepted.<\/p><p>To check in at Dreamville and the Hotel (depending on your reservation), you will need to present your official identification.<\/p><p>For security reasons, any festival visitor who leaves the festival grounds after entering will not be allowed to re-enter. Re-entry to and from Dreamville is permitted in accordance with Dreamville regulations.<\/p><p><strong>Loss or theft of a Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 wristband.<\/strong><\/p><p>You are solely responsible for any loss or theft of Your Wristband after you receive it from the Festival Organizer (in accordance with the provisions of these Terms).<\/p><p>In the event of loss or theft, the Festival Organizer and Hause Travel Agency are never obliged to provide you with a new bracelet. A refund cannot be requested either.<\/p><p><strong>CLAUSES<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>FIRST<\/strong>\u2013 The purpose of this document is for THE AGENCY to act as an intermediary, contract and offer the provision of tourist services, prior to payment by THE CLIENT of a certain and determined price. For this purpose, THE AGENCY undertakes and is obliged to request the services specified in the description of the travel package selected on behalf of THE CLIENT in accordance with their availability. Likewise, it is obliged to contract them, acting as an intermediary between THE CLIENT and the persons in charge of providing them directly, which include transporters, hotels, restaurants, car rental companies, tourist guides, among others.<\/p><p><strong>SECOND.-<\/strong> The services contracted by THE CLIENT will be provided by providers independent of THE AGENCY, who do not act for or on behalf of the latter, and in this act THE CLIENT expressly becomes aware of this situation, so THE AGENCY will provide THE CLIENT with the receipt(s), as well as the reservation confirmation and the general conditions established by the final service provider.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>THIRD<\/strong>.- To reserve the packages, payment is required through the official channel <a href=\"https:\/\/events-hausetravel.com\">https:\/\/tan-loris-248475.hostingersite.com<\/a> . THE AGENCY will inform THE CLIENT, prior to contracting and paying for the services, the total price of these, either in Mexican pesos or its equivalent in dollars at the exchange rate established by THE AGENCY.<\/p><p><strong>QUARTER<\/strong>.-\u00a0 Each service or package reserved by THE CLIENT to THE AGENCY through the official channel <a href=\"https:\/\/events-hausetravel.com\">https:\/\/tan-loris-248475.hostingersite.com<\/a> , will be definitive, so changes in the name, company name, or owner of the service, dates, routes, or services are not permitted, except with written authorization from THE AGENCY. <strong>It is important to emphasize that the contracted service or package is for personal use by THE CLIENT and\/or his\/her friends and not for commercial use.<\/strong> THE CUSTOMER confirms that he\/she has been informed by accepting these terms and conditions.<\/p><p><strong>FIFTH. \u2013 <\/strong>THE AGENCY will proceed to make the reservation of the services until THE CLIENT has made the corresponding payment and this has been validated. Otherwise, THE AGENCY will have no obligation to make reservations or reservations of any kind.<\/p><p><strong>SIXTH. \u2013<\/strong> THE AGENCY is obliged to respect the amounts and concepts relating to the contracted packages and services, without being able to charge another amount or condition the provision of the contracted service to the acquisition of another service not required by THE CLIENT, unless the latter authorizes in writing any other additional charge to that stipulated in this contract and its annexes.<\/p><p><strong>SEVENTH. \u2013<\/strong> THE AGENCY must issue to THE CLIENT the receipt that supports the payment of the contracted Services, which must be sent to the email provided by THE CLIENT upon completion of the purchase through the official channel. <a href=\"https:\/\/events-hausetravel.com\">https:\/\/tan-loris-248475.hostingersite.com<\/a><\/p><p><strong>OCTAVE.-<\/strong> The CLIENT must provide THE AGENCY with true and correct data that is requested, as well as deliver in a timely manner the corresponding documentation that is necessary for the provision of the service.<\/p><p><strong>NINTH. \u2013<\/strong> THE CLIENT accepts that THE AGENCY's intervention is exclusively as an intermediary between the direct providers of the requested services.<\/p><p><strong>TENTH.-<\/strong> Fortuitous events or force majeure are understood to be those events or occurrences beyond the control of the parties, provided that said events or occurrences are unforeseeable, irresistible, insurmountable, current and do not arise from negligence or provocation on the part of any of the parties. Illnesses of any kind that may be suffered by any of the parties shall not apply as a fortuitous event.<\/p><p>Based on the foregoing, and in accordance with clause nine, both parties agree that if due to force majeure or fortuitous event, the providers of the contracted services are unable to provide them partially or totally, THE AGENCY will only manage on behalf of THE CLIENT the reimbursement that is appropriate in accordance with the terms of the service providers, being relieved of any responsibility or commitment.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>ELEVENTH.<\/strong> \u2013 Both parties agree that THE AGENCY is exempt from liability for damages, injuries, accidents, delays or irregularities that may occur due to force majeure or fortuitous events that may occur to THE CLIENT during the execution of the services, as it is not the person directly responsible for providing the corresponding services and is only an intermediary between them.<\/p><p><strong>TWELFTH.-<\/strong> THE CLIENT undertakes to respect the regulations, rules or conditions established by each of the service providers contracted through THE AGENCY, therefore THE AGENCY must inform THE CLIENT of the most important ones and consequently declines any liability that may arise from non-compliance.<\/p><p><strong>THIRTEENTH.-<\/strong> The consumption and\/or sale of drugs or narcotics within the festival, transportation and reserved hotels is strictly prohibited, so THE AGENCY disclaims any liability that may arise from non-compliance with this rule.<\/p><p><strong>FOURTEENTH. \u2013<\/strong> THE CLIENT must, at his\/her own expense, provide passports or immigration documents required by the destination or transit countries, such as visas, health permits, etc.<\/p><p><strong>FIFTEENTH. \u2013<\/strong> THE CLIENT is required to purchase medical insurance with coverage abroad for the entire duration of their stay.<\/p><p><strong>SIXTEENTH. \u2013<\/strong> The parties agree that when it comes to excursions or packages carried out in Mexico, prices should be presented in Mexican pesos. If the excursions or packages are to be carried out outside of Mexico, the prices may be presented in dollars or Mexican pesos.<\/p><p><strong>SEVENTEENTH. \u2013<\/strong> The AGENCY reserves the right to modify the order of the services indicated in this contract, for a better development of these or for the reasons that justify it, as long as it respects the quantity and quality of the services that have been contracted. This will be with the consent of THE CLIENT, whatever the cause, which must be proven. Likewise, the client will not be able to make changes to dates, routes, or services.<\/p><p><strong>EIGHTEENTH. \u2013<\/strong> When THE AGENCY cancels a trip or excursion of any kind for reasons beyond THE CLIENT's control and which are attributable to THE AGENCY, THE AGENCY shall be obliged to reimburse THE AGENCY the full amount paid within a maximum of 90 days. THE AGENCY is obliged to prove that the corresponding funds were remitted and THE CLIENT is obliged to prove that they were delivered to THE AGENCY through the money receipts provided by THE AGENCY.<\/p><p>However, cancellations by THE CLIENT must be made in writing to the address indicated in this document of Terms and Conditions of Contract or by email <a href=\"mailto:reservas@hausetravel.com\">mailto:reservas@hausetravel.com<\/a> with acknowledgement of receipt, for which THE AGENCY will respond within 48 hours. In the absence of a response, it will be understood that the cancellation was accepted in accordance with the conditions described below:<\/p><p>All travel packages that include access to a festival and were purchased through the official channel <a href=\"https:\/\/events-hausetravel.com\">https:\/\/tan-loris-248475.hostingersite.com<\/a> \u00a0are considered to be <strong>NON-REFUNDABLE policy<\/strong>, which implies that cancellation for reasons attributable to THE CLIENT, at any time, entails the loss of the amount paid.<\/p><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> THE AGENCY will evaluate whether a name change can be authorized with a penalty of <strong>$4,000.00 Mexican pesos (four thousand Mexican pesos) <\/strong>for administrative expenses, in case the visitor cannot attend the festival. THE CLIENT must provide the data of the person who will use his\/her package in a timely manner. The deadline to request a name change is <strong>1\u00a0de Julio de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>NINETEENTH. \u2013<\/strong> Both parties agree that payment of the amount for the services by THE CLIENT, acceptance or use of this document, coupons, tickets, courtesies, or any other document issued in his\/her favor for this purpose, implies acceptance on his\/her part of the general terms and conditions of contract to which this document refers.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>TWENTIETH<\/strong>\u2013 The parties agree that the following will be grounds for cancellation:<\/p><ol><li>Failure to comply with any of the obligations set forth in this document.<\/li><li>For any violation by THE CLIENT of any of the prohibitions established herein.<\/li><li>Failure by the client to make the corresponding payment.<\/li><li>Any lack of communication or no-show on the part of the client.<\/li><\/ol><p>The parties are obliged to notify the addresses or email addresses indicated at the time of making the reservation, the existence of any cause listed above, within the term of 7 business days following the knowledge of the breach.<\/p><p>In the event of a change in the direct service provider to another of equivalent quality, if THE CLIENT makes use of the service, it will be understood that he\/she has consented to said change and no refund will be made.<\/p><p><strong>TWENTY-FIRST.<\/strong> \u2013 The parties agree that the rights and obligations acquired by making a reservation for a travel package with access to the festival may not be assigned, transferred or transmitted under any title to any individual or legal entity without prior written authorization from each other. Any assignment made in violation of the provisions of this clause will not have any legal effect. The festival bracelet, souvenirs as well as the services included in the travel package will be delivered solely and exclusively to the holder of the reservation. Under no circumstances will it be delivered to another person without prior notification from the holder through official means within the permitted times and covering the corresponding payments described in the Eighteenth clause.<\/p><p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: The packages called EASY TENT that include pre-assembled camping equipment in Dreamville, these packages are exclusively for reservation by\u00a0<strong>2 or 4 people<\/strong>\u00a0(couples, friends, acquaintances, family members, etc.) who have mutually agreed to share the same tent during their stay at Dreamville prior to signing the contract.\u00a0<\/p><p>It is strictly forbidden to book an Easy Tent package for 1 person, any reservation requested in\u00a0<u>Easy Tent for 1 person will not be processed.<\/u><\/p><p><strong>TWENTY SECOND<\/strong>. \u2013 THE AGENCY is exempt from any liability arising from additional agreements entered into between THE CLIENT and the direct providers of the services, such as hotels, transportation and car rental companies, among others.<\/p><p><strong>TWENTY-THIRD.<\/strong> \u2013 Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items, as they are travelling at their own risk. The agency is not responsible for any loss, theft, misplacement or damage.<\/p><p><strong>TWENTY-FOURTH.<\/strong> \u2013 Passengers\u2019 luggage and personal items are not included in the Terms and Conditions of Contract, as they are their own responsibility to travel with. The agency is not responsible for any loss, theft, misplacement or damage.<\/p><p><strong>TWENTY-FIFTH.-<\/strong> Communications made by the parties to each other in execution of this Contract must be made in writing and delivered with acknowledgment of receipt to the addresses indicated in the declarations section thereof, or where appropriate, by any reliable electronic means with acknowledgment of receipt.<\/p><p><strong>TWENTY-SIXTH.-<\/strong> Prior to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Contract, and in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the AGENCY informed THE CLIENT of the privacy notice found at <a href=\"https:\/\/events-hausetravel.com\">https:\/\/tan-loris-248475.hostingersite.com<\/a> as well as the procedure to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of your personal data. (hereinafter, \u201cARCO\u201d rights)<\/p><p><strong>TWENTY-SEVENTH.-<\/strong>\u00a0The validity of this contract will be for an indefinite period, which will begin to run from the date of its subscription, and will be valid while the tourist service is provided and the payment obligations have been met, time in which the contract will have all its legal effects.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>TWENTY-EIGHTH.-<\/strong>\u00a0During the Tomorrowland Brasil experience, photos and video recordings are taken to document the experience, therefore, THE CLIENT declares to be of legal age and that in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Copyright Law, he\/she authorizes THE AGENCY to use photographs or video recordings that include his\/her image, in campaigns, promotions and other supporting material that is considered pertinent for the dissemination and promotion of THE AGENCY and that is distributed in the country or abroad by any means, whether printed, electronic or otherwise. Likewise, based on articles 86, 87 and 88 of the Federal Copyright Law, it is the wish of THE CLIENT to express that this authorization is voluntary and completely free of charge, therefore, THE AGENCY is free to use, reproduce, transmit, retransmit, publicly display, create other works derived from my image in the promotional campaigns carried out by any means, as well as the fixation of the aforementioned image in projections, videos, graphics, texts, slides and all supplementary material of the promotions and campaigns, establishing that it will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes indicated. In this sense, THE CLIENT authorizes the use of his name and any comments that he may have made while the video was being recorded and that such comments be edited for the purposes indicated.<\/p><p>THE CLIENT waives any right to inspect or approve the video recording or photography sequences, and also expresses that he\/she is aware that this data may be edited, copied, displayed, published and\/or distributed, and therefore waives any right, royalties or other compensation resulting from or related to the use thereof. Likewise, in accordance with the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects, the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Obligated Subjects of Mexico City, he\/she certifies that he\/she has read the privacy notice provided by THE AGENCY.\u00a0<\/p><p>Likewise, THE CLIENT establishes and specifies that, in accordance with the provisions of the cited Laws, THE AGENCY has HIS\/HER authorization and consent for all of the above, establishing that said information will be used solely and exclusively for the purposes stated above. THE CLIENT authorizes his\/her image to be used for the appropriate time; said authorization may be restricted by means of a written request addressed to THE AGENCY.<\/p><p><strong>INFORMATION NOTE:<\/strong><\/p><p>Special requests made to the agency are always welcome, however, they cannot be guaranteed and are always subject to availability.<\/p><p>This contract guarantees only and exclusively the Experience in\u00a0<strong>Tomorrowland Brasil 2025\u00a0<\/strong>with the concepts described in the contract.<\/p><p>The delivery of the bracelets <strong>is carried out solely and exclusively to the holder of the reservation.<\/strong> It is important to present official identification and the check-in voucher to receive your bracelet for Tomorrowland Brasil 2025 and souvenirs. Under no circumstances will the bracelet be given to third parties sent by the holder.<\/p><p>The Experience Rio, Hotel Package, and Dreamville Package sold through the website\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 1rem; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/events-hausetravel.com\/\">https:\/\/tan-loris-248475.hostingersite.com<\/a>\u00a0organized by Hause Travel Agency <strong>DO NOT INCLUDE TREASURE CASE.
